Elizabeth Perry is the chief scientific advisor for the Thrift Investment Board, where she explores how research insights can inform outreach and operations. Her work has been awarded by the Retirement Income Industry Association, Pensions & Investments, Employee Benefit News, and other organizations. Perry holds a doctoral degree and S.M. in social and behavioral sciences from Harvard University, as well as an M.A. in communication from the Johns Hopkins

Prof. Ljubica Kordić

Ljubica Kordić is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Osijek, Croatia. In 2000 she defended her doctoral thesis in legal linguistics at the University of Zagreb. Since 1984 she has been teaching German and English at the Faculty of Law Osijek. Her research includes applied linguistics, legal linguistics and sociolinguistics. She authored 90 articles and three books, co-authored and edited four books. In 2019 she was awarded by her Faculty for her research work.

Liljana Siljanovska is a full professor of International Communications at the Faculty of Languages, Culture and Communication at the South East European University – Tetovo, the Republic of North Macedonia, as well as a mentor for doctoral studies in Media and Communication and doctoral studies in    Political Science at the Faculty of Contemporary Social Sciences at the same university. She has obtained her PhD in European Studies for Integration and Communications at St. Cyril and Methodius Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia in 2006. She has written numerous publications (over 80 publications and 3 books) and research projects on topics in the field of communications, mass media and European studies. Her papers have been presented at numerous international scientific conferences and symposia. As a professor, she has given several lectures at renowned universities in Europe. She is a member of several international scientific and professional organizations and institutes and with her professional lectures and papers she makes a great contribution to the creation of socio-political conditions in the country and the region.

Topic: Artificial Intelligence as an instrument of political participation

Dr. Armend Ibrahimi is a political science researcher focused on artificial intelligence, democracy and political theories. He is a political consultant and a certified expert in political education. Armend is a member of the LEAP team, an organization that brings together political education experts and election campaign managers, graduates of the International Republican Institute’s Leadership and Excellence in Advanced Politics program.
He has worked with political parties for many years, among other things he was a member of the Presidency of the Democratic League of Kosovo and Chairman of the Youth Forum. He has also served as a political advisor to the Prime Minister of Kosovo. Armend has practical experience with political parties and elections and has worked as a manager and creator of electoral campaigns at local and national level.
Armend has participated in many important trainings, including trainings at Konrad Adenauer Foundation, National Democratic Institute & USAID, Center for European Studies, International Republican Institute, CDA & Eduardo Frei Foundation, Jarl Hjalmarson Foundation etc., where he gained a deep understanding of political and electoral campaign issues. He also participated in many political academies in Belgium, Germany, Malta, Sweden, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, etc.
Armend is a scholarship holder of the University of Pristina and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

Venerable Niloy Barua, a Buddhist monk, is a full-time student of International Buddhist Studies College of Mahaculalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Ayutthaya Thailand. He is currently enrolled with Master of Arts (M.A) in Buddhist Studies. He was born in 15 January 1999 in Bangladesh. He obtained his B.A in Pali and Sanskrit Language and Literature from International Buddhist College, Sadao, Thailand. He also attended a one-year Certificate of Mindfulness Master Program for his spiritual growth in 2022. His interest is to research various aspects of Buddhist doctrines and present to the different parts of the world for the benefit of mankind.
